Jeff Wuensch grew up in the construction and building business. He is a Licensed Journeyman in Carpentry, Certified Lead Specialist and a Certified Aging-in-Place Specialist. Managing projects comes naturally to Jeff; he can quickly pull together all the necessary components for your renovation.
Paul Weld has over 20 years of experience in residential remodeling. He is educated in design, structural engineering, plumbing, electrical and most important, in the field of listening. Paul believes helping you make your dreams come to life is the best part of his job.
Barb Kearin came to Sass Construction in 2000. With over 30 years as a full charge bookkeeper, Barb thoroughly and thoughfully manages the day-to-day accounting responsibilities of Sass projects.
Certified Lead Carpenters
Ivan Sass, Lead Carpenter
Ivan Sass, a Certified Lead Carpenter, joined the company in 1985 when the company was still young. Mark considers his brother to be a major factor in its success. “He can do in four hours what most carpenters can’t do in eight.”
Ivan who is legally deaf, communicates on the job with hard-won speech skills and expert lip-reading. As long as he can see you talking, he can understand what you are saying.
Wayne Huotari, Carpenter
Wayne Huotari has been a carpenter for 25 years and loves his work. Wayne joined the Sass team in 2008.
Sass Construction also utilizes a time-tested, proven network of dependable, insured subcontractors.
